LGW has three packages to suit your synonym of “Lucky”!
"Happy" - Set-Up
"Charmed" - Day of Coordinator
"Golden" - Pre-Planning Assistance and Day of Coordinator
“Irresistible” - Complete Planning and Coordinating
"Happy" - Set-up of Reception site - $225
(*plus $50 for set-up of ceremony site)
- Initial Consultation
- Up to two (2) meetings prior to wedding day
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Up to five (5) hours total of set-up time, whether on wedding day or day before if venue is available
*Set up of Ceremony decorations (not including floral arrangements)
- Set up of Reception site
- Centerpieces (not including floral arrangements)
- Table numbers/Menu Cards/Favors
- Place card table
- Cake table
- Gift table
- Other special tables or displays
- (Chair cover set-up is not included unless an acceptable amount of time is given to LGW. If there is an acceptable timeframe LGW charges .25c/chair cover to place them for you.)
"Charmed" - Day of Coordinator - $650
(*plus $100 to add basic “Happy” package, $150 for Reception & Ceremony set-up)
(** plus $50 per hour past 10:00pm)
- Initial Consultation
- Planning Overview: Meet with client at least two (2) times prior to the wedding date to make sure client and coordinator are on the same page in regards to wants and needs for the day.
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Coordination:
- Timeline creation and maintenance
- Assistance with pre-Ceremony activities (help at salon, candid pictures **with clients camera, only if time is available**, transporting items to Ceremony site, pinning of corsages, etc.)
- Ceremony and Reception supervision
- Evening wrap-up (personal item packing, gift packing, linen collection, delivery of tips, etc.)
- All services from “Charmed” package
- “Happy” package services optional (if needed prices are as follows: $75 for Reception set-up, $100 for Ceremony and Reception set-up)
- Initial Consultation
- Preplanning assistance:
- Meet with client up to six (6) times prior to wedding date
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Budget development and management
- Theme development
- Vendor and venue selections (access to LGW database)
- Vendor and venue appointments (up to 6) and contract follow- up
- Decor selection
- Reception music selection
- Ceremony orchestration or assistance
- Reception timeline
- Transportation arrangements for out of town guests
- Accommodation arrangements for out of town guests
- Wedding day transportation arrangements for bridal party
- Direction of rehearsal or assistance
- Reception orchestration
- All services from “Golden", "Charmed”, and "Happy" packages
- Initial Consultation
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Unlimited in-person appointments
- Unlimited vendor/venue meetings
- Besides the items from all previous packages:
- Design creation and idea improvement
- Updates monthly until three (3) months prior than bi-weekly
- Guest list management, RSVP collection, and seating chart assistance (if wanted)
